TECA Ingénierie (International) Ltd was established in 2006. Our head office is located in Route Royale, St-Paul, Phoenix. It is a consulting company in the field of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. Within the company, we have engineers (our trade), trail coordinators and designers. We cover different construction sectors: businesses, hotels, apartments, villas and any other individual building. We study all projects for which we can offer our expertise.

The architect designs the building, the structural designer is responsible for the technical design of the structures and infrastructure while TECA Ingénierie (International) Ltd designs all the other systems(mechanical, electrical and plumbing) which bring the building to life.

With designers and engineers, the company offers its expertise in design, among other things, lighting, telephony, internet connection networks, video surveillance, home automation among others. We meet all customer needs. We take care of the design of all the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) of the building once the architect has drawn up the plans. We also have the task of recruiting service providers who will work on the site. This is done through calls for tenders.

After the service providers have submitted their offers, TECA Ingénierie takes care of choosing the best one. Then the company is responsible for monitoring the site until delivery. In other words, we represent clients to other stakeholders from the start of design to delivery of MEP systems.
